Focal Point Quality Improvement (QI) Cabinet Quality Assurance in Health (CQAH) at the Aileu Internal Health Centre, Maubisse Referral Hospital and Suai Referral Hospital conducted interviews for the patient safety programme. Focal QI Points conduct activities such as sharing information to the community, and patients who go to the health facilities, with the aim of knowing how our communities and patients feel comfortable when they receive assistance or services from our health personnel.
